About Front Desk Playbook
A free playbook for owners who answer their own phone, book their own clients and keep their own calendar.
Why it exists
Search for help with missed calls or no shows and most of what you find is selling something. Owners say so, often bluntly. This playbook starts from the other end: what the phone and booking software you already pay for can do, and whether you need anything more.
Who makes it
Front Desk Playbook is made by Sannidhi, which sets these things up for small businesses. Sannidhi takes no money from software companies, so nothing here is paid placement. There are no affiliate links.
Each page ends with a short note from Sannidhi offering to set the fix up for you. That is how the playbook is paid for. You never need it to use anything here.

Every page answers a question owners ask each other. Setup steps for a piece of software go up only after every step has been done in a real account, with the date it was tested. How we test.
