How we test
A setup guide for a phone or booking tool goes up only after every step has been done in a real account. Each one carries the date it was tested and gets checked again every few months.
What a tested guide includes
- The date the steps were last done, start to finish.
- Screenshots from that test.
- What the tool can't do, said plainly.
- Whether it costs extra, as of the test date.
Whose accounts
We test in trial or free accounts opened for the purpose, or on our own phones. We don't test in clients' accounts.
When software changes
Software changes its menus often. When a guide no longer matches, we fix it and change its date. If you find one that's out of date before we do, please tell us.

The first setup guides are on the way. Until then, every page here works with any phone or booking tool.
