Thanks again for having me out today, Jordan. If you have a minute, a Google review helps a small business like mine more than you'd think: [your review link]

Subject: Thanks for today

Hi Jordan, Thank you for coming in today. If you have a minute, I'd be grateful for a short review on Google. It helps people nearby find us. [your review link] Thanks, Riley

How to follow up on a review request

If they haven't left one after a few days, one gentle nudge is fine. After that, let it go.

Hi Jordan, no pressure at all, just resending the review link in case it got buried: [your review link]

Review request rules to stay inside

Ask everyone, including the customer who seemed lukewarm. Google's own guidance is to send a link or a QR code, and its policy bars offering anything in return or asking only happy customers. If you text, make sure the customer agreed to texts from you.
